Since we are offering non-tangible, irrevocable digital products, all downloadable products are non-refundable. If you encounter any issues with the product, please open a support ticket on WhatsApp. Our support team will attempt to resolve your issue, and if we fail to provide a solution within 48 hours, we will process a refund.
Conditions for a Refund on a New Purchase:
You must meet ALL of the following conditions:
- For transactions that fail or are canceled, the funds will be returned to the buyer’s account.
- Customers have 12 hours to test each script. If they find an issue, they must contact our support team within this period.
- Refunds will not include any discounts applied at the time of purchase. The refund amount will be 100% of the paid amount.
- Customers must attempt to resolve their issue(s) with our support team through WhatsApp Support & Email before requesting a refund.
- No refunds will be granted after 12 hours from the original purchase, under any circumstances.
- Issues related to the demo will not qualify for a refund since demo performance depends on the hosting service used.
Important Notes:
- There is a difference between a broken item and simply receiving an error message or facing configuration issues.
- Error messages are often related to improper setup, hosting configuration, script settings, plugin conflicts, or missing files. These do not qualify as grounds for a refund.

- Read the extensive documentation related to the product you purchased.
- Ensure that your server meets the product’s specified requirements.
- Open a support ticket with our team if issues persist even after reviewing the above points.
If you are unsure whether a product is right for you, please contact us before making a purchase. Refunds will not be provided for wrong purchases, as all downloadable files are made available instantly after purchase.
Due to the nature of digital products, we reserve the right to refuse refunds if we determine that this policy is being abused.
